Team J-Prime Commission Splits:

New Agent Mentoring & Bootcamp: New agents' 1st 3 transactions must be with a supervisor as required by TREC and LPT for agents with less than 3 in the previous 12 months; Split to mentor/team leader is 30, then 20, then 10% for first 3 transactions. Mentees must complete Bootcamp in 30 days or 1st 2 transactions will be 30% to team leader/mentor.
